my second post on my first book!

=What is the major theme of this novel? Why is this theme important to a teenager living in 2008?

Even though there are many stories with multiple themes, the theme in "Animal Farm" is very clear. After reading for a while, I started to realize that the main theme in this novel had to do something with socialists. I got this feeling because of the ways the pigs explained to the animals about their ideal world and how the other animals reacted to it.
Socialism is an economic theory that lets the community as a whole take control of the economic flow. The facts that the main point of this novel is that these animals are not happy with the amount of food they get from their owner and decides to kick him out and create a world where everyone gets what they have earned equally. The part when the old pig, Major, made a speech in front of other animals made it clear that this novel indeed was about socialists.
This theme is important for the teens living in 2008 because these teens need to know that socialism destroys a society. Even though the idea is very clever, it does not work.

Good thinking!!!
If i was a reader of this book...
I might kick this book out...
Because, i feel disgrase by the animals are kicking their owner out of the farms...

But i agree with 'Socialist' stuff.
Truely, Old pig making a speech infront of other animals is like social in our life.

Thanks for your thoughts!!!
